Bookings
Bookings are accepted with full payment on arrival. In the event of cancellation, all payments are non-refundable and not transferable. Latest arrivals 6pm.
We try not to have too many rules.
Barbeques
Are permitted where they are on a stand and leave no scorch marks on the grass. Fires are strictly forbidden on the park.
Barrier
Please do not walk or cycle under barrier.
The barrier code is for your use only, and must not be given out to anyone.
Dogs Policy
When on site dogs must be kept under control, ie on a lead and any fouling must be cleaned up immediately. Greenacres does not accept any dogs on uk banned/dangerous dog list from 2024 onwards, this includes XL Bully dogs and all part breeds of this type. Dogs who show over aggressive behaviour towards others cannot be accepted at Greenacres. Please keep your dog tethered within the boundary of your pitch.
Ground sheets
Only breathable ground sheets to be used in awnings.
Noise and Nuisance
Please do not disturb other people. We ask anyone causing unacceptable behaviour to either modify it, or will be asked to leave the park night or day. No refund will be given.
Vehicles
No recreational vehicles (RVs) or converted buses, lorries or vans etc, are permitted on the park. RVs defined as any motorhome over 26ft long. No twin axle caravans excepted. No 5th Wheel caravans.
Visitors
Greenacres need to limit the number of people on site. Could all customers please arange to meet their friends and family off the Park.
Safety
Please take care at all times and observe the 5mph speed limit. The park accepts no responsibility for accident, loss, damage or injury to persons, property or personal belongings. Should any accident occur while on site, please would you immediately report it to reception. All units must be insured for public liability.
Licence
Our licence covers caravans, trailer tents and motorhomes only. No converted buses, lorries, vans etc will be permitted onto the park and deposits will be refunded in these circumstances. This is park management rules.
Please note that there are no EV charging facilities on this park, nor are you allowed to charge from the pitch. This is due to the fact that the park does not have electric capacity.
